Amy Nelson is a local Regina up and coming Country Music artist who approached us to create a website. We started with the creation of a logo based along the idea of a signature and then we created business cards utilizing the logo and her promotional photos. Then we brought these elements together with the fact that she wanted a website which could be edited and expanded over time. Using Joomla as the platform we designed a very sleek, yet warm site using deep gray tones and with extensive use of deep bright purple highlights, background and text. This ensured that the overall look of the website was a positive bright one as grey tones can make websites dark and stark. We incorporated the logo we designed, and the keyboard created for the business cards as key elements. The website contains a blog, event schedule and can still be expanded.
